STS_MA_Distance_Indicator
Shows the distance between current price and selected Moving average.
MA Period, MA Method (ema, sma, wma, swma) and MA Source (open, high, low, close, hl/2, hlc/3, ohlc/4) can be set.
Multi TimeFrame option can be used to show separate window for MA distance at different timeframes.
