[BlockPandas]Fib Moving Average
This is a Moving Average cluster in one overlay indicator. You can choose to use SMA or EMA or Mixed Moving Average. The mixed mode is only taking affect if you select 'Use EMA', which uses SMA when length of MA is above 100.
