Turtle strategy
highestNow = the highest high in the most recent 30 bars.
highestPrev = the highest high in the previous 30 bars (bars 31–60).
If highestPrev > highestNow → we had a Lower High.
If highestNow > highestPrev → we now have a Higher High.
Alert fires only when the sequence is LH → HH.
