Updated Crypto Market Breadth

The percent of top market cap crypto-currencies advancing and the percent declining. Whether the asset is advancing or declining is determined by whether it closes above or below its moving average.
The top 40 assets must be chosen manually and edited in the script, using the "Ticker_xx_Close" variables. Background of indicator turns grey if not enough of the assets have price history to examine in the current range.
