Overview
The Kings Transform indicator is a Fisher Transform–based trend tool designed to highlight potential market reversals with clear visual cues. It plots the Fisher Transform and its trigger line, while also coloring candles to reflect the current trend until the next crossover. This makes it easy to spot trend shifts and momentum changes at a glance.
How It Works
Fisher Transform Calculation
The Fisher Transform converts price action into a Gaussian-like distribution, making turning points sharper and easier to detect.
Two lines are plotted:
Fisher Line (Aqua) – the primary transformed price signal.
Trigger Line (Fuchsia) – the previous Fisher value used as a signal reference.
Crossover Signals
Buy Signal (Aqua): Fisher Line crosses above Trigger Line.
Sell Signal (Fuchsia): Fisher Line crosses below Trigger Line.
Persistent Candle Coloring
Once a Buy crossover occurs, all candles turn Aqua until a Sell crossover.
Once a Sell crossover occurs, all candles turn Fuchsia until a Buy crossover.
This persistent coloring makes trend direction visually clear and easy to follow.
Reference Levels
+3 / –3 bands: Potential extreme overbought and oversold zones.
±0.75 levels: Moderate threshold levels to gauge momentum.
Key Features
Simple visual trend direction – candle colors indicate active bias.
Objective signal detection – crossover events mark shifts in trend momentum.
Customizable length parameter – adjust sensitivity to short- or long-term swings.
Non-lagging by design – Fisher Transform emphasizes price turns quickly.
Best Practices & Usage
Use in combination with price action or other indicators. Fisher crossovers alone are not foolproof.
Shorter lengths (e.g., 9) are more sensitive but may produce more frequent signals.
Longer lengths help filter noise but react slower to reversals.
Look for crossovers near extreme levels (+3 or –3) for higher probability trades.
Can be used on any asset or timeframe – forex, stocks, crypto, indices.
