AVAXUSD Channel Up $28 pull-back or break-out to $47??Avalanche (AVAXUSD) has been trading within a 3-month Channel Up and last Friday hit its top (Higher Highs trend-line). It is no surprise that the price got rejected and turned sideways there as it also completed a +75% rise from the last Higher Low, which is exactly what the previous Bullish Leg did. That structure eventually pulled back to its 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) and the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level before pricing the Higher Low. As a result, we expect a decline towards the 1D MA50, targeting $28.00, as long as the Channel Up doesn't break upwards. $AVAXUSD: Price Memory🏛️ Research Notes Financial markets as complex adaptive systems that spontaneously organize themselves into critical, chaotic, or ordered states. In this idea I'd like to focus on price memory - concept that the market's current and future price movements are influenced by its own history, rather than being completely random. The EMH argues that prices are a random walk, with no "memory" of the past. My research based on the FMH, explicitly rejects this notion. The very presence of fractal patterns (earlier works) is evidence that price changes are not independent of one another and that the market has a geometric memory of its own behavior . Let's cut to the chase Object of observation: LT Compression I'm concerned with the properties of price dynamics that are preserved under continuous deformation, which allows to validate structure. Extending the structure to uncover to which extent these recurring processes unfold in respect to historic measurements. back to $30 - AVAX weekly update August 8 - 14thAvalanche (AVAX) is currently unfolding a highly impulsive Elliott Wave structure across multiple timeframes. According to the updated wave count, the market is in the early stages of Primary Wave 3, which contains Intermediate Wave 3, Minor Wave 3, and we are now completing Minute Wave , a shallow pullback expected to bottom between $22.00–$22.62 (0.618–0.764 retracement zone). Once Wave is complete, AVAX is expected to launch into Wave , with Fibonacci extensions pointing toward the $25.8–$28.0 region. This would be followed by a brief Wave correction and a final push into Wave of 3, with projected targets around $29.8–$33.0. The fact that all these third waves across different degrees align at the same time sets the stage for a powerful and potentially explosive rally. From a sentiment and positioning standpoint, the environment supports this bullish scenario. Funding rates are positive, and open interest is rising, indicating growing market participation on the long side.
