QQQA selects its portfolio from the constituents of the NASDAQ-100 Index that have been identified as high momentum stocks. Each company in the index is analyzed and ranked using the Dorsey Wright Nasdaq-100 Point & Figure Matrix - a proprietary measurement which uses point & figure relative strength charts for ranking securities by momentum. The investment objective is to identify stocks with the potential to outperform over time based on momentum. The top 21 companies are selected and equally weighted. The index is reconstituted quarterly in January, April, July and October.
