Universal Robina Corp. engages in the manufacture and distribution of consumer food products. It operates through the following segments: Branded Consumer Food (BCF), Agro-Industrial and Commodity Food (AIC), and Corporate Business. The BCF segment manufactures, distributes, sells, and markets a diverse mix of food and beverage products. The Agro-Industrial Products segment operates in three divisions: Farms, Flour, and Sugar, Distillery, and Cogeneration divisions. The Corporate Business segment refers to the bonds and securities investment and fund sourcing activities. The company was founded by John L. Gokongwei Jr. on September 28, 1954 and is headquartered in Quezon City, Philippines.
