as we exit this completely manipulated drop that’s been labeled as a “healthy pullback” or “healthy deleveraging event” or even “typical market mechanics in action”, and we head towards god knows where in this market I want you guys to keep something in mind. It’s a lesson. What they want is to delete your money. It’s that simple. Don’t be fooled, leverage is a tool to delete your money, or more accurately extract it. It’s just another form of taxation masqueraded as opportunity. Like a fish hook with money as the bait. If a bank gets crushed because they make a bad decision they get bailed out. Same thing for big companies. But you? Nobody cares. In fact the system is built to extract from you so it can build itself up. Trade spot, and furthermore trade spot on only the best of assets. It’s the only way to sustainably extract from the people who want to extract from you. Don’t listen to ANYONE who tries to convince you that leverage is a good idea. You may win some, but it’s a slippery slope that always leads to loss eventually. And the evidence of that was slapped right in all of our faces with that massive liquidation event.
