Auxly Obtains $3M In Funding. Will this bring BULLS to play ?OTC:CBWTF Hi Traders . Another play came sorted out from the sea, following a good news ..... "Consumer packaged goods company Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (TSX.V: XLY) (OTCQX: CBWTF) secured an additional $3 million in funding. The agreement was worked out through a previously announced unsecured convertible debenture standby facility. Under the $25 million financing deal, Toronto-based Auxly agreed to issue convertible debentures to the investor in tranches, with an initial tranche of $1.25 million. The latest tranche, which was announced Friday, includes convertible debentures issued to an indisclosed investor at $0.305 per the company's common share. The investor also obtained warrants to buy some 5.4 million Auxly's common shares at $0.366 per share." Meanwhile, the company's quarterly earnings report revealed the company had reached a record revenue of $9.9 million during the first three months of the 2020 fiscal year. AUXLY (CBWTF) - critical juncture - possible 100% gainsAuxly retraced near 0.618 of wave A, a probable target for the end of B wave down. The next wave is a minute C up that should complete minor wave 4. If this is the case the most probable target is at 0.55, 135% above the current price. Its market peer KERN already grew the same amount recently. If it crosses down 0,21 the odds go to that minor 4 is finished and the prices should continue down. Marijuana sector shaping upVarious charts in the marijuana sector are shaping up bullishly. On CBWTF, I see a nice rounding bottom with an inverse H&S formation. A dip to the 10ma would be a good entry. Stop would be a break below the 10 or the 50. A run to the highs would be a good point to take profits for short term trading, but I think these can be a long term hold with Canadian recreational legalization a few months away. I jumped the gun, I already have a position from $1.31. There are other charts and positions that one could look at... TWMJF, APHQF, ACBFF, MEDFF, MYMMF, OGRMF, CRON. Most are bullish and it's not hard to find an attractive risk/reward setup.

Crayon sketch of Cannabis Wheaton graphs and forward projectionsIve been invested in the Canadian marijuana sector for just over a year and a half and have had great overall success but most importantly learned A LOT along the way. Weve got a HUGE catalyst coming up in the Canadian Recreational Legalization slated for August 2018 and I for one do not want to be waiting on the sidelines! This is just a VERY rough sketch of what I believe could be very much possible in the coming 6 months before true Canadian recreational legalization. I think that this sort of pattern is potentially VERY possible across the whole sector, but Cannabis Wheaton is an interesting business model that relies heavily on the production of its "subsidiaries." I think that were coming up on another mini-mania where people who've invested in the sector in the past and bailed will be looking to get back in before the next boom. As with all investing, we are relying on people being late, dragging their feet and being indecisive in order to sell the stocks weve purchased earlier to them much higher. As you can see, weve already started to see the Daily 9EMA turn upwards and with a steady stream of good news from many of the holdings of CBW, I don't see us crashing and burning from here. CBW has its fingers in MANY strong LPs and with a Market Cap of ~$550M its upside potential is astronomical. The following assumptions were made: I expect to see approximately 10% increase in the peak of the 9EMA once more between now and the August medium-soft "Green Day." I also expect to see a strong bounce off the 100MA late June, early July before the final run-up. I believe we could then see a solid 30% increase from the peaks of the MA going into the final days of the legalization and then after that, all bets are really off. Things may continue or things may crash back down to the 100MA range. We will have to play that by ear as it come. Feel free to comment about your thoughts. Again, this is a VERY rough estimate of what it COULD look like but based on how the industry as run before, I think its very much in the realm of possiblities. Good luck and HAVE FUN!
