At TradingView, we’re always working behind the scenes to give traders the most powerful access to global markets. Recently, we’ve upgraded our integration with the Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX). Starting today, you can track and analyze options on futures data from MCX directly on your TradingView charts. This update brings deeper insights, helping you refine your strategies with even more data from global sources.

The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited is the country’s largest commodity derivatives exchange and one of the world’s top six by number of contracts traded (Futures Industry Association, 2024). Operating since November 2003 under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), MCX has become the central hub for commodity derivatives in India. In July 2025, the exchange reached its highest daily turnover since inception — ₹7,18,957 crore (over $80 billion USD) — showing its rapid growth in the global commodities landscape.

With our new integration, you can now access MCX options alongside futures and indices. Adding them to your analysis is simple. Just open the Symbol Search, type the MCX: prefix, and switch to the Options tab.

These instruments offer powerful ways to gauge sentiment, manage risk, and find new opportunities in India’s fast-moving commodities market. Whether you’re tracking crude oil, metals, or agricultural products, options data can help you understand volatility and move with more confidence across the trading universe.

We hope this latest addition to our data will help you explore global markets more effectively. Remember, our platform reliably connects to hundreds of data feeds, with direct access to 2,019,615 instruments from all over the world — meaning, there’s always more to explore. All this makes TradingView the only point of entry you’ll ever need for everything on the world’s markets.
