Price will likely go down again to test proper before the real buys start at 3938-35, the first buy was a test on minor buy zone

The thing is either a buy at 3938-35/34 or a close below 3930 for more sells below 3920 but the clue is, its based/depend on time ( that is where price closes by 12 pm UTC ), there is a reason why values/prices are ploted against time in this market so know it.
