$RBLX Roblox gap close and go ? Roblox has caught some attention after reports showed Nancy Pelosi (greatest trader of all time ;) ) purchased JAN 23 $100 Call options back in DEC.
I like it because it appears to have completed it's downtrend , although not yet confirmed, since closing the NOV gap and putting in a higher low so far.
With heavy resistance at $95, bulls aren't out the woods yet... lot of supply above.
Technically there is major BULLISH divergence on the CMF indicator implying smart money is buying the dip. With a decent VP void above an idea would be :
SHORT TERM - trade up to the $95 resistance
LONG TERM - Follow the Trade Guru Pelosi and go Long leaps JAN $100 Calls, then sell shorter term calls against it on the up days (diagonal spread)
Fundamentally their revenue is projected to grow to almost $5B in 2024 and the average analyst PT of 11 analysts is $117 a share (well above the current price of $89 a share).

A long out the 'dec poc' level along with the .618 retrace confluence is a very high probable trade if $RBLX cooperates.
$rblx analysisWhat a lovely bull-flag formed on the daily/4hr time frame, along with a nice 'B shaped' volume profile for the month of December (indication of buyer presence). Bull-flag + ABC correction + .618 volume profile confluence + 21/200 ema chanel = A+ setup.
$RBLX Call BuyingRBLX seeing a lot of JAN 2023 100 calls bought bringing in the new year.
Technicals look bullish - Double bottom, VP support shelf, MOMO turning, RSI and Money Flow uptick.
First PT $109 with a break higher implying $116/$118 zone
Bears are eyeing the gap below and rightfully so, a break below and 80's come quick.

When kids want something they usually get it, given that the price is right.
In this case the chart is right (price at a nice support as you can see on our chart).
Market cap at 67 Billion sounds 'wrong' but I'm ok to risk it and go with the trend here.
Some funds going to ROBLOX today.. hopefully it goes well so I can cover the cost of having my son paying for this and for that over there. Quite funnily I ended up spending a few Robux (that's the currency there) for one of the meta-rides. It was quite fun to be honest.

Our advice is the same no matter which gaming site your child is using, it is important to have a conversation with your child about the sites they use and carry on an open discussion which will help them to come to you with any concerns they may have. Involving your child in discussions and decisions about online safety and their internet usage will help them to understand why it is important that they stay safe whilst at the same time have a great time online. It will also help to educate them about how they can keep themselves safe online and know what to do if something goes wrong.
We might spend sometime with my small one playing on Roblox but we also play football, do math and learn to write.

Roblox will fall nextRoblox failed to breakout of $130 multiple times and dropped back under $120. It tried twice to recover above $120 and failed. It’s showing weakness and holding near the 50 day line. If $110 doesn’t hold then it will fall, which I believe it will very soon. Short any rips. Go long near 92. $RBLX

- There are 2 recent RSI Divergence that occured, recent one was on Friday close. WATCH for price correction within the next day.
