NQ - Nasdaq Short Playbook for the next weeksIn the NQ, they took out the high and then hit it on the head day by day. It finally stopped below the 1/4 line. If you look closely, you see that this was the slanted zone of Support — just like the slanted Resistance.
"As above, so below."
...write me in the comments who said this already a couple hundred years ago §8-)
The small Modified Schiff Fork tells a story too.
Price reached the Center Line and got rejected. Now it's on its way down towards the small Fork's L-MLH. A break of it would indicate further selling ahead.
And the last bastion is the green support level, which stems from the second-to-last prior confirmed Swing Low.
Beyond this level, it's only a question of time before price hits the Center Line.
And — God forbid — below the Center Line, the Sh...t hits the fan. So you better run... behind price with a decent short trade and ride it down to the Abyss.
No worries, I'm with you §8-)
Happy Monday, folks!
NQ | NASDAQ - Weekly Recap & Gameplan - 03/08/25📈 Market Context:
The market is pricing in a potential 0.25% rate cut in the September FOMC meeting, keeping the overall structure bullish.
Although we saw a retracement after the Non-Farm Employment Change came in weaker than expected, bullish sentiment remains intact.
Currently, market sentiment has shifted to neutral from last week’s greed. Augusts are often choppy and prone to retracement/accumulation, but structurally, bulls still hold the upper hand.
🧾 Weekly Recap:
• NQ started the week strong with price discovery, pushing higher from Monday to Thursday.
• Eventually, price ran a key 4H swing liquidity, which led to another all-time high.
• That move was followed by the start of a healthy retracement, signaling short-term distribution.
📌 Technical Outlook & Game Plan:
→ I'm expecting price to run into the Monthly Fair Value Gap — a major liquidity magnet in my model.
→ That move could generate significant bullish energy — at least a short-term bounce, if not a full reversal.
→ Until then, I remain bearish targeting 22,583 (my marked black line).
🎯 Setup Trigger:
After price takes 22,583, I’ll watch for:
• 4H–1H break of structure (BOS)
• Formation of fresh demand zones
→ Upon LTF confirmation, I’ll look to go long aiming for another test of all-time highs.
📋 Trade Management:
• Stoploss: Below the 1H–4H demand zone
• Target: Trailing stop strategy; aggressive profit-taking on the way up
• Note: Final target could be all-time highs, but I’ll manage the position actively

NQ Analysis - 11th May 2025Here is my analysis of NQ, a pair I do not trade and only very seldomly do analysis for.
I've been wanting to get into indices futures, so I will be doing more analysis on them in the future. I still have to learn about the contract sizes, average moves, etc.

NQ Live Trade Idea & ExecutionWhat's Up everyone! I know I have been MIA, but that's because I have been focusing on my learning and I realized that content creation takes away a lot of the time I have for that. Once in a while when I see something beautiful I will share it with you guys here. This trade was the perfect example of a beautiful trade idea and management. We were able to profit over $3,000
on a couple trades taken on NQ and this is 2 contracts that I had running, one was taken profit at the highs while the other was stopped out in profits. As you can see they are taking quite a while to go for those Asian highs so they are potentially building liquidity above I believe. We will have to wait and see what the market presents us.
We utilized a 15M Bullish FVG turned inverse as an entry on an earlier trade, then the NWOG 25% PDA level as a second entry and then again inside the NWOG another entry inside of a Bullish FVG turned IFVG as well which lined up perfectly with 50% of the NWOG as well.
These trades were all profitable and netted me over $3000 all together.

NQ Week of Dec8 Levels and Areas of Interest Part 1 (1d Chart)Daily Chart for NQ this week. Hard to be a bear, but looking hard to be a bull as well. When everyone expects it to trade like a 2016 Trump victory, that's normally when it doesn't. Just saying. Not bearish but cautious for sure. "They" have been sizing out since the end of July / Start of August (check the overnight gains versus us opens) and leaving retail with the bag. FOMO seems to be kicking in everywhere. That's a minor synapses without going far into the macro details, and the sizes being thrown around on dark pools. Anyway, part 2 will have shorter term areas (mostly for bear setups, bounces, dips etc).
Anything higher I have to rely on the trendlines since we are essentially in price discovery mode if we keep pushing. Looking for resistance on the top trendlines, and imagine the bottom short term trend line will be easily broken if we have any corrections. Good luck this week, feel free to ask any questions if anyone reads this :)
NQ - Nasdaq struggles. The weekly reveals itSee the support NQ had?
Super nice how the the Medianlines and the A/R set reveals it. But now there is some trouble in the Kitchen.
After reaching the white Center-Line, price is struggling to punch through the orange U-MLH.
If price can't fight ti's way through this resistance, it will turn south - probably very sharp.
To me, this is a cheap Short.
If I'm wrong, so be it, it's just one of 1000s of trades. But, it's a offer I can't reject §8-)
/NQ Bullish Looking at the 4 hr /NQ I see a very Bullish pattern regardless of the anticipated events. Technically speaking you can see that big Inverse Head & Shoulders and a falling wedge on the potential "right shoulder" which serves as more confirmation of the bullish incoming trend. My plan is to watch the market on Tuesday and see what happens at mkt open and get in on the dip and HOLD till the inverse head & shoulders fully forms. My Target prices are as listed on the chart. My ultimate goal with every bullish confirmation is to have 10 contracts before exiting the position. Let's see what happens?!
Potential Ascending Triangle (NQ Futures)NQ Futures could be trying to setup an ascending triangle to catch bears short at the bottom with major upside potential with a breakout and confirm.
Will almost certainly coincide with data/news that will either play out a bear trap or a bull trap on the same timeframe for the next let the market takes.
Often these patterns forming at the bottom of a range end up being bull traps but anything can happen and it's best to be prepared for whatever happens.
NQ today will reach probably its 17360Hello
For me NQ will have 2 scenarios:
- It will reach 17360 then fall until 17050
- Or it will break out the 17360 in order to go up until 17780
So, keep eyes on levels drawn on my chart in order to have some idea.
remember that I do not have a cristal ball predicting markets future but I try to be more efficient and rationnal.
GOOD LUCK
NQ 6H OverviewOverview
NQ seems to be operating within a descending triangle pattern at the moment. This formation doesn't necessarily indicate a bullish or bearish trend, but a breakout in either direction could provide significant insights. In addition to the descending triangle, it's evident that we're currently ranging between two crucial levels: 16000, which acts as a major supply zone, and 15800, serving as a significant break and retest zone. If the 15800 level holds strong, we might see a move towards 16000 or higher. Conversely, if 15800 is breached, there's a possibility of a decline to the 15600 level, the next demand zone, or even to 15450, another notable break and retest zone.
Key Levels
Supply: 16000
Demand: 15600
Break and Retest Zones: 15800 & 15450
