This is indeed really good news as it will highly likely send USD full bullish.
Moreover, Fed Rosengren mentioned a " No clear and compelling case for additional monetary accomodation"
Fundamentally USD is really setting up to be a bull.

On a Technical Standpoint
EURUSD is on a major 4H resistence. We should see a huge market gap on 5 August and we should continue the downtrend

Note:
BEWARE OF STOPHUNTS that will most likely take place above the zone pointed out.
This trendline should hold. Prior to halving, technicals still suggest that uptrend in the 2. half of the year started with a 12 hour basis reversal with clear trendlines and price levels.
In order to conclude the bullish bias, I will be looking at the blue line and if it closes below, then I will pause with the bullish view. If it closes below the trendline on a 12H basis, then I will flip my bias and become a seller.
Currently: Cautiously bullish. Trendline must hold.

Lower Bollinger Band touched.
RSI around 55, just had a downtrend, hence uptrend more likely.
MACD signal line is sloping down signaling lack of volume.
-> 2 of 3 indicators signal a bounce up , hence the incoming resistance retest is very likely to happen next.

To arrive at forecast date I drew one buy and one sell trend line. The buy trend line touched the resistance area around 13th July and the sell trend line around 23rd July; I calculated median value between the two (4.5 days) and thus landed on the 17th July for an estimated resistance retest.
