#TLRY Price rebouncing from falling wedge support Hi All, my main 3 take-outs from this analysis are the following: 1- In the 4H timeframe the price found support at around 9$, which is also an area where the historical red trendline and the lower side of the big falling wedge crossed (light blue box!) 2- Inside the bigger falling wedge there is a smaller falling wedge which has been broken on the upside. There might possibly be a pullback on the downside, but I think that it is possible an upward movement of at least 25%, which is the target of the small falling wedge, at around 11.3$ 3- If we are able to reach the 11.3$, at that point, by the end of January we might be seeing the price trying to breakout the bigger falling wedge with a big up move, which should support the price staying above the red trendline and continue is uptrend outside the big falling wedge Not a financial advice, just personal opinion. Last month, the House Judiciary Committee advanced HR 3617 or (MORE) Act of 2021, a bill that repeals the long-standing federal prohibition of marijuana by removing it from the Controlled Substances Act — thereby ending the existing state/federal conflict in cannabis policies and providing state governments with greater authority to regulate marijuana-related activities, including retail sales. What the MORE Act Does: The legislation’s provisions remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substances Act — thereby eliminating the existing conflict between state and federal marijuana laws and providing states with the authority to be the primary arbiters of cannabis policy within their jurisdictions. If passed HR 3617 would facilitate the expungement of low-level federal marijuana convictions, create pathways for ownership opportunities in the emerging regulated industry, and allow veterans to obtain medical cannabis among other things. TILRAY ROCKET HIGH TODAY +16% This is not an advice just a note for myself to remember. Months it was low and today it flew 16% up to 11.83 (came from prox 10) It had no pullback and no backtest of the opening which TIlray normally does. This makes me wonder if this high is sustainable. I think it will not go that easy tomorrow to 15 or higher....I think it will test the opening price once more. Or at least test 50% of this rise of 16%. I am afraid to buy more because it can drop very fast. Tilray does not have good numbers only good news of legalisation and some products possible with cannabis in it.....I don't see a further rise this easy. Feel free to share your point of view with me or share a nice analysis with me. I know the price is very far from the ATH -75% i think.
