HODL 🚨 Questioning the $3.50 Private Placement – Where's the Proof?

Can anyone confirm this so-called $3.50 private placement? I’ve searched SEDAR+, OTCQB, and Sol Strategies’ IR site — nothing shows up. No filings, no press releases, no material change report. If this was real, wouldn’t it be disclosed already? 🤔

Feels very misleading to throw around a number like that without evidence — especially when it influences fear-based selling. Happy to be proven wrong, but until someone links a source, I’m calling this speculative at best.

Thoughts? Anyone got a legit source?
CYFRF I have seen the ups and downs plenty of times. This one will be back above $3 eventually this year. My 2 cents.
HODL The higher staking rewards and smaller market cap on Solana makes this stock much more powerful than sharplink on ethereum. And we all know what happend to sbet.. It mooned when ETH was mooning
