The Petroleum Specialized Construction and Installation division designs, constructs, maintains, repairs, and installs petroleum and chemical refinery plants, and gas pipelines. The Industrial Production manufactures and trades mechanical, shipbuilding, and industrial materials. The company was founded on September 14, 1983 and is headquartered in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
