btcusdt formed a trangle Pattern so we are expecting break. high probability of break occuring down and if it does at the 17000 level, then we should expect retest on that broken level before a drop down to 12000.
safe trade: when the break occurs at the 17000 level, wait for the retest on the 17000 and sell at that level and wait to buy at lower levels.
if the break occurs at the 22000 level,wait for retest on the 21000 level and go long. this may be the beggining of the long awaited bullrun
