How to Trade Reversals Like a Pro | CADJPY Wave 5 Entry hey Traders,
This is a live example of reversal trading using completed bullish wave structure. Entry executed, currently +10 pips, targeting 113.36 38:1 risk: reward.
🌊 Wave Structure Analysis:
Pattern Identified: Completed Bullish Wave Structure
What This Gives Us:
When a wave structure completes, it provides absolute clarity. We know exactly what our options are—no guessing, no confusion.
Our Two Options:
Sell the reversal (what we did)
Do nothing (if conditions aren't perfect)
That's it. No ambiguity. No emotional decision-making.
💡 The Power of WavesOfSuccess:
This is what proper wave counting provides:
✅ Objectivity - Remove emotion, follow structure
✅ Clarity - Know exactly what to do (or not do)
✅ Flawless Execution - Enter at precise levels
Important Reality Check:
Having clarity doesn't mean we never lose. Losing is an essential part of trading. We teach traders to accept losses quickly and immediately move to the next opportunity. The edge plays out over time, not on every single trade.
📊 Trade Execution Breakdown:
Focus Area: Last leg of bullish wave structure
Entry Method:
Counted the internal bar structures within the major Wave 5 swing. Precise entry at the 2nd Higher High (HH) bar of the internal wave count.
Entry: 114.42
Stop Loss: 114.46 (4Pips)
Why This Level:
The 2nd HH bar of Wave 5's internal structure represents peak momentum—the final push before exhaustion. This is where reversals should begin.
⚠️ Advanced Execution Warning:
This is NOT for novice traders.
Requirements for this type of execution:
Flawless wave counting ability
No guessing on wave positions
Internal bar structure recognition
Precise entry timing
When you master this:
Trading becomes effortless. You're not predicting—you're reading structure and executing mechanically. All you need to control is risk through proper stop placement.
✅ Trade Outcome (So Far):
Status: Success - Risk-free position
What Happened:
Price broke below the internal Wave 4 structural bar within the Wave 5 swing. This created immediate downside momentum and allowed us to move the stop to break-even (risk-free).
Current Profit: +10 pips (and counting)
Current Risk: 0 pips (break-even stop)

📚 WAVE STRUCTURE FUNDAMENTALS
Understanding wave counts is essential for identifying high-probability setups. Let's break down the key concepts using EURUSD's current structure.
🌊 WAVE 1 - The Foundation
Most Important Aspect: Wave 1 has two variations
Variation 1 - ABC Pattern:
Wave 1 forms as a corrective ABC structure before the main trend establishes.
Variation 2 - Straight Away:
Bearish: Higher High (HH) directly to Lower Low (LL)
Bullish: Lower Low (LL) directly to Higher High (HH)
Why This Matters:
Identifying which Wave 1 variation you're seeing helps you understand the strength and nature of the trend forming.
📈 EXTENSION WAVES - The Power Moves
Bearish Extension Pattern:
The sequence for bearish extensions:
Lower High (LH)
Higher Low (HL)
Lower High (LH)
Lower Low (LL)
Bullish Extension Pattern:
The sequence for bullish extensions:
Higher Low (HL)
Lower High (LH)
Higher Low (HL)
Higher High (HH)
Key Principle:
Extensions follow a specific pattern. Recognizing these sequences allows you to anticipate the completion point and trade accordingly.
💼 CURRENT EURUSD WAVE COUNT
Position: Bearish Wave 2 Extension (3 of 5)
What This Means:
We're in Wave 2 of the larger structure
Wave 2 is extending (showing the extension pattern)
Currently at position 3 within the 5-wave extension sequence
More downside expected to complete the extension
Trading Application:
Understanding we're in position 3 of 5 tells us:
Two more wave points to complete (4 and 5)
Wave 4 will be a pullback (selling opportunity)
Wave 5 will be the final leg down in this extension
🎓 Educational Takeaways:
1. Wave 1 Sets The Stage:
Always identify which Wave 1 variation you're seeing. ABC or Straight Away? This determines your initial bias.
2. Extensions Follow Patterns:
Both bullish and bearish extensions have specific sequences. Learn to recognize them.
3. Count = Roadmap:
When you know where you are in the wave count (like "3 of 5"), you know what's coming next.
4. Practice Required:
Wave counting takes time to master. Watch price action create these patterns repeatedly until recognition becomes second nature.
Summary:
Wave 1 has two variations: ABC or Straight Away (HH→LL / LL→HH)
Extensions follow patterns: Specific sequences for bullish/bearish
Current EURUSD: Bearish Wave 2 Extension, position 3 of 5
Next: Expect Wave 4 pullback, then Wave 5 completion

Targets and possible movements of Bitcoin, before the halvingTargets and possible movements of Bitcoin, before the halving
According to the Elliot wave count and the support and resistance ranges as well as the possible channel, we can expect to reach the $50,000 target before the halving, which happens around May 2024.
At any time before this goal is reached, if the bottom of the ascending channel is broken, the current uptrend will end.
M2KU2023 SHORTIf you look at the TrendCloud on the continuous contract you will see that it likes to go 5 waves up and then 7 waves down most of the time. It worth taking an aggressive entry at this demand zone because you have asymmetrical leverage. Meaning: the reward is much bigger than the risk. Go for it.
#BITCOIN #BTCUSD WAVE COUNTINGConsidering the strength and slope of price growth from $16,500 to $24,000, we are probably in an impulse structure.
But we cannot comment with certainty about the status of this pulse wave. So this impulse structure is either wave 1 of a larger five-wave structure, or wave A of a zigzag correction.
So, according to these two scenarios, we can expect the possible ranges of price movement in the next four to six months, as shown in the chart.
Nifty 50 Wave C Prediction (Expanded Flats)Based on my previous Nifty 50 charts this time I tried to explain more with texts and markers on chart. I hope it would help you to understand. This is just my prediction, It could be wrong anytime.
After wave A to B retracement which was almost 0.382 from the previous wave (Must mention that SGX Nifty was 17014 that day, exactly where I pointed out) now the wave C could be 1 to 1.414 (Between 17748 to 18031). But I would say wave C must be not more than 17900,

BTC (Bitcoin) - 45 Min - UpdateThis is my revised wave count to account for multi wave extensions nested. Bitcoin while completing an ABC Flat (Irregular / Expanded) correction, touched the Golden Zone, and then bounced up to complete Wave C of the Flat.
Special Tip: Flats (Irregular / Expanded) are quite common, as they inevitably run stop losses on both sides, and further introduce new liquidity into the market by so.
BTC - 45 Min Chart Update - ExtensionPossible extension of Wave C (in the minute degree) of within the larger Wave B (in the Minor Degree).
Extensions can only occur within Impulse Waves 1,3, & 5, therefore extensions can also occur within Waves A & C of corrections.
Extensions, are better known as nested waves. As we know that within Elliott Wave theory rules, Wave 4 cannot overlap with Wave 1. Thus, if the anticipated wave 4 overlaps with the previous Wave 1, then anticipated Waves 3 & 4 need to labeled as Waves 1 and 2 (again) but in the next lower degree.
$AMZN (Amazon) Stock - AnalysisIn my opinion, Amazon has completed (or is about to complete) a full market Supercycle: Impulse Wave (I) and Corrective Wave (II).
What I would anticipate would be for Amazon to accumulate during the recession and then emerge out of it with Supercycle Impulse Wave (III).
