Supreme Court will have to cancel the tariffs and republicans failed to prove the president isn’t simply taxing Americans. They also failed to use the proper sections 232 and 301 - could have been used for unfair trade practices. But China only retaliated with rare earths due to Trump!
Its unconstitutional trumps actions and I think the market will now price the rate cut as no tariffs means no inflation.
The deficit issue is not an issue as long as usd is a reserve currency so they will deal with the credit matter later. American USD is basically as good as good. The world has to earn it to buy commodities. If the world cannot trade with USA due to tariffs USD will lose its reserve status.
I think the pullback is almost done.
