The Bubba's 33 segment refers to the family-friendly restaurant concept featuring scratch-made food for all with a little rock 'n' roll, ice-cold beer, and signature drinks. The Other segment includes the results of the domestic company Jaggers restaurants and the results of retail initiatives. The company was founded by Wayne Kent Taylor on February 17, 1993 and is headquartered in Louisville, KY.
