NG1! Hey, I think that you guys are completely wrong natgas will lose anywhere from 5-10% in the next 10 trading days, after that it might come back up.
Why do I think that ?
1. If you would have looked at the past 10 years you would have noticed that the beginning of December has often been pretty bearish for natgas.
Natgas has only had 2 times in the last ~2500 trading days were the price was positive for 7 consecutive weeks ( less than 0,5%)
if this week closes green it will be the 7th consecutive week, which again happend less than 0.5% of the time in the last decade.
2. Europe imports a lot from its natgas from the us.
History has shown us that when the natgas prices reaches the 5$ MMBtu mark Europe tends to turn towards Norway, Nigeria, Qatar etc… for cheaper prices.
3. The last one is more of a personal reason, which I completely agree Isn’t trustworthy.
I builded an indicator that to make it very simple can pretty priceless see where the most of market interest is at which prices it will probably stay or move, (this is an extremely simplified explanation of the strategy)
And that indicator signaled 3 times today and all of those signals were bearish.
Obviously it’s only my opinion I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure I’m not.
