Keck Seng Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in property investment and development, hotel and club operations, and provision of management services. It operates through the following segments: Hotel, Property, and Investment and Corporate. The Hotel segment offers hotel room accommodation, provision of food and beverage at hotel restaurant outlets, and operation of slot machines at one of the group's hotels. The Property segment refers to the businesses of leasing in the group's investment properties, which consist of retail, commercial, and office properties in Macau and of development, sales, and marketing of the group’s trading properties in Macau. The Investment and Corporate segment manage corporate assets and liabilities, available-for-sale and trading securities, financial instruments, and other treasury operations. The company was founded on January 30, 1973 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
