No issue with trades per sé, but at least using TradingView, the connection is abysmal, constantly resetting.

Expensive and their accounting department keeps double charging me fees! If you decide to go with AMP PLEASE GO OVER EVERY SINGLE STATEMENT THEY YOU RECEIVE!!!

Bad support, the waiting time of the support chat is annoying. After you are able to speak to one support agent they are not providing any solution to your problem even leaving you hold in the chat. We are having a problem with the orders (reported by several other users also in other reviews) and ignoring us when reporting the issue.
Connections issues, lagging
TradingView is a web-based platform that lets you trade. The platform needs a good internet connection to work well. TradingView has a direct connection to the CQG data feed and trade routing service.

I constantly get logged out and have to log back in. Also, on numerous occasions, the entry position, stop loss, and take profit orders will not display on the chart.

Love the broker, low commission and also works very well with trading view.
