Overall a good broker, however the connection between BlackBull and TradingView is not very strong. Can only trade one asset at a time, and signing out from BlackBull on one asset (e.g. S&P500) and then signing in to BlackBull on another asset (e.g. Nikkei) doesn't sign in for about 5 minutes. Also Blackbull disconnects from TradingView automatically after being connected for a couple of hours. Have discussed these issues in depth with BlackBull helpdesk but no resolution or fix has happened.
Apart from these annoyances, BlackBull have been good to work with, especially if the trader lives in New Zealand. Fast transfer of funds to/from a NZ bank account, quick responses from BlackBull helpdesk for any issues.
UPDATE: Blackbull has now been unable to connect to Tradingview for several hours so traders can't take any action for their open trades. Downgrading rating to 2 stars because of this

Having trouble logging, once i do finally login it boots me off. Has been happening for a while. Has messed up my trading, missed out on alot of good trades because I couldn't login. Definitely don't recommend.

Now the problem Im having is constantly getting kicked out of tradingview, sometimes its 30 mins, sometimes 15, far too many times and it makes it hard to trade.

TradingView integration needs to be better. The features available are limited to other brokers. The ECN Prime account, which is suppose to have low spreads of 0.1 still has spreads of 0.9 at times. There are constantly issues with the TradingView integration, to name a few: automatically logs out, unable to close a live trade, unable to edit live trade. Generic responses such as "Heres a link to show you how to connect to TradingView", it's like they don't even read the issues sent to them. Obviously people know how to connect the broker to TradingView, that has nothing to do with the current issues, the issue is it is not working correctly!

Been trying to connect to TV for 5 days, been given the run around since Monday, up until now still nothing! B4 the upgrade I never had any issues, since the upgrade its been Hell. They need to sort themselves out asap!
