Great platform
great when its good, occassional server issues, can't login or can't close trade, but support is very good.
The FXCM support is incredibly helpful. Someone I would like to mention in particular is Feras Eid he helped through the account opening process and followed up with me to make sure I had no issues.
I do not have any negative observations for FXCM, in fact, it is my best option when operating in the markets, And if they have the assistance of Andrés Rivera, even better.
Got everything I need thanks to Andres’s help 10/10 customer service would highly recommend 👍🏻🙌🏻
FXCM is one of the best and most reliable brokers. I trade with FXCM since 2014 and never had issues. Whenever there is any problem, it was always resolved fairly. My current account managers Feras Eid and Thuraya Aladin are very professional and always quickly responding to all matters.
There are many brokers in the market, but if you want peace of mind and reliability, FXCM is the choice.
In combination with TradingView terrible. Having trouble closing trades. Getting stupid errors. It takes ages to connect to the account. Slow.
After Feras Eid got in touch with me over the phone it gave me an explanation what were the potential issues with their server on that day which their support didn't know by the time I was struggling. Never got in direct contact with any of the brokers before, so they assured me they will do their best for these issues not to happen again. Edited my comment just because of direct touch with a customer and making sure I am satisfied.
