Hello, I have been waiting for this integration for a long time and am happy it is finally here. However, the integration seems to have some hiccups regarding ordering execution and order display. The login fails sometimes. Also, it is not possible to trade CFD's. Is there a plan for trading CFD's within TradingView?
Thank you for reaching out. Trading CFDs is currently unavailable through TradingView. CFDs are OTC products that let Non-US and non-Canadian residents trade the difference between the current and future price of a share or an index. Please note that legal residents of the US, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Israel are prohibited from trading IBUK-issued CFDs. Residents of Spain can trade CFDs issued by IBUK if they are either MiFID Professionals or clients of a Spanish Introducing Broker or Professional Financial Advisor. Residents of Australia can trade CFDs issued by Interactive Brokers Australia PTY LTD. Residents of Japan can trade CFDs issued by IB Securities Japan (IBSJ). Singapore residents can trade CFDs except those based on underlyings traded in Singapore. If you are having issues, please contact us at tradingviewsupport@interactivebrokers.com. I like them but there graphing tools is a little to rigid
We are sorry to learn that your experience was unsatisfactory. The Advanced Chart contains whatever features TradingView has made available in their charting library that IBKR has licensed. As TradingView releases new versions of its library, we update our version to their latest version to ensure we get bug fixes and various item they add (in the charting library – but not necessarily their main platform). It works most of the time, would be nice to remain logged in on both TWS and TV.

System constraints prevent competing sessions from being open concurrently. We’re sorry to hear about the connection issues you are experiencing. Bad, errors in closing order when it says cannot fill outside RTH. Can scale in or out of the same order. Scaling out of a position cancels the stop loss.

It wont allow me to trade my stocks via trading view, (OTC pink sheets). Very happy it is finally here though but please implement OTC trading.

Please note that you will be disconnected if you attempt to login from multiple trading platforms at the same time such as TradingView and IBKR Mobile.
can only connect one ticker at a time!!!

Used to be super slow and disconnect easily. The situation is visibly improving but it's not perfect yet (writing as of end of July). I wish the UI supported trail limit orders.
We are reviewing all reports of disconnects. Please email us at tradingviewsupport@ibkr.com so we can investigate.
Regarding trailing limit orders, we are currently discussing this with TradingView.
IB connects to all of my tools, saves me money on smart fills, highly secure 2 factor authentication, everything I've ever needed is here!! 4 years with IB and every reason to continue...
