Overall a good broker. However, I would enjoy it more if it had brackets to easily drag take profit and stop loss.

We are sorry to learn that your experience was unsatisfactory. To see real time quotes in a chart on IBKR platforms, you need to subscribe to a real time data package from Client Portal. If you have a live account with Interactive Brokers, and you’ve already purchased a real-time data subscription from us, you won’t need to pay for it again to gain access to it on TradingView. Simply verify your trading account and the active data subscriptions on that account in order to receive real-time data on our website. In order to do this, you need to connect to your Interactive Brokers account in the trading panel. You’ll then be granted 7 days access, after which you’ll need to reconnect to your broker account.
It is not compulsory to subscribe to market data at IBKR. Clients are not obligated to subscribe to market data through IBKR. If you elect not to subscribe to a paid service, delayed quotes will be provided at no cost, where available. Some exchanges allow delayed data to be displayed without any market data subscription, free of charge. Customers receive free delayed market data for contracts to which they do not currently hold market data subscriptions when made available by the exchanges. Delayed market data is on a time lag that is usually 10-20 minutes behind real-time quotes. In addition, while the lack of real-time market data will have no impact upon execution quality, IBKR strongly recommends against trading without a source of real-time quotes to avoid erroneous or unexpected trades. Still very new to using them but so far so good!
It's too hard to get permissions to do anything. I can't trade forex, or go short on stocks. I'm concidering switching to another broker because of this.
Other than that I have not had any problems using Interactive Brokers. I really like the interface and it's really fast regarding to placing, cancelling and filling orders.
Please do something about the permissions.

I really like the integrations that TradingView has. It's probably the best tool out there for trading with various platforms that haven't developed their own technologies.
Having said that, it can sometimes be confusing for beginners and there are improvements can that can be made. That's particularly true for automations and scripts.
I'm a free user right now, but definitely considering becoming a paid user.
