Super easy to get started and great customer service.
You can't share your account balance between the Web/App platform and MT4/MT5 platforms, which means you have to deposit into two (or more) different accounts. Other brokers allow you to use the same balance everywhere.
You can't use a trailing stop loss here, and you can't move your SL to sliiightly above/under your entry to break even. Other brokers have this basic function.
Lots of connectivity issued with easyMarkets. Having to re-login several times a day, sometimes in the middle of a trade setup. I have had problems with my trading history as well, where data doesn't show up at all.
You can't trade XAUUSD via the mobile app. What?
I think I signed up with a "50% bonus on your deposit up to x €", but haven't received any extra credit. Not totally sure if the promo was still valid though.
The trailing stop loss and dividing my balance into two accounts to use both web and MT5 is pretty lousy.

Great so far. Not carried out a withdrawal yet, so I can't fully review it yet, but it's been good so far.
so I've found the NDQ. but pending orders is still a major feature you need to add and reduce spreads more.
