Not one to normally post "hype," but in the past 24 hours Bitcoin posted its 3rd largest daily outflow in history. By "outflows," I mean the number of Bitcoins that were purchased and left exchanges. Around 24,000 Bitcoins outflowed from Kraken yesterday, average price estimated around $60,000.. a deal that comes just under $1,500,000,000.
Now the interesting thing about it- before this weekend, the previous '3rd largest' outflow in history was in July (yes, only 3 months ago). On July 24th to be precise. If you recall, that is immediately prior to the massive bullish rally from the bottom of our short-lived bear market back to where we are today.
Additional fact- 3 of the top 5 largest Bitcoin outflows ever happened since July of this year.
