$RTKM: 90RUB Short Target

First off, please don't take anything I say seriously, as always this is on opinion basis not financial advice. That being said, let me get into some of my insights. Right now, Rostelecom is facing a bullish run, and I think realistically, the bullish curve could continue past the 90RUB (especially given the recent 89.40 high) prior to resistance. However, it is too early to tell if it can keep the momentum going. In short, I think it would still be a decent low risk buy right now.
