(Short)Textbook Pump. Will Update

Short
NASDAQ:SOLO   None
Shorting through $5.00. If you account for all the options and warrants, this company would have a market cap of

net identifiable assets of $500k (rounded)

Net tangible book value of $16 million (rounded)

Fully Dilated float of 57 million, which results in the company being worth 1/2 billion

Wanted to post this at $5.00. they were providing bid support to try to attract institutions, but I don't think that is going to work. It already broke through

Sell high, buy low -- that is the mantra. Can't win them all, and this stock has a lot of buzz right now. Let it run it's course first, then I'll try to get another position
Comment:
They want to keep it above 5 so they can attract unsuspecting institutional investors and speculative risk friendly hedge funds

Fully diluted share count is actually 33 million. I was going off their 2017 financial statement from April, but they did a 2 for 1 reverse split. Rushed this one
