It operates through the following business segments: Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Consumer Banking, Treasury, Investment Banking, Offshore Banking, Card and Alternate Delivery Channel, Mobile Financial Services and Agent Banking. The Corporate Banking segment focuses on large corporate groups including structured or syndicated finance with a variety of advances and deposit products, and other transactions. The SME Banking segment provides loans, deposits other transactions, and balances with small and medium-sized customers. The Consumer Banking segment includes loans, deposits, other transactions, and balances with retail customers. The Treasury segment undertakes funding and maintenance of SLR and asset-liability management. The Investment Banking segment involves trading, investment in equities, and other capital market activities. The Offshore Banking segment provides commercial banking services. The Card and Alternate Delivery Channel segment offers a variety of debit card and credit card. The Mobile Financial Services segment covers mobile network facilitating convenient cash in or out, and bill payment services.
