NGL this is optimistic, but there is a pattern here, the last time we bounced off this line was 21st September. A similar pattern can be seen before, which went straight into a bull run. TA has been pretty tough these past months so this is my first idea published for a while, its for fun and not financial advice.

Fibonnacci says it's retraced and MACD and RSI are near bottom. CCI is at a low and doubt going lower. CCI with other indicators are best to buy at bottom or crossing 0.
UPST earnings a year ago was positive and now $0.60 for QTR, reported revenue is up 3x from a year ago and only double from $125.
