Once the monthly level at 464 is broken, the move will be bullish. Because, the upper trend line resistance has been broken on 5th test as marked on chart above.
Horizontal support is at 411. And resistance is at 464.
If 464 is broken then it would be a 15 to 20 percent move above.
2nd case would be if the 464 is rejected again then we may see a test at support...

At the 12-hours chart we can see a change of Ichimoku clouds orientation. The price attracts to the green line and MA99 which is ascending now.
Indicators are neutral however we have good fundamental basis while the price consolidated and bounces from Fibonacci 0.618 level.
