XSVM is an excellent ETF to give you exposure to a large variety of quality small-cap stocks. It has a low expense ratio and has a good set of holdings. Its largest holding is Gamestop, but the pain should sort itself out over the next week. I would start a position in this and continue to load the boat as it approaches the lower end of the trend line.
