10K Only covers through July 31st It seems they may have made some progress on the Urban Development then and now, possibly the closing of the deal. Also of note the possibility of a buyout, especially since the O/S and Float has remained the same since the start of the year.
Needless to say the accumulation is through the Roof, which says alot ;-)
