SPY Multi-Timeframe Analysis: S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY)1. Weekly Chart:
Uptrend Intact: The weekly chart shows that SPY continues to trade within a broader uptrend, consistently making higher highs and higher lows. It has held above its key moving averages, particularly the 50-week moving average (blue) around $515.
MACD Momentum: The MACD histogram shows continued positive momentum. This suggests that bullish sentiment remains strong, with no significant reversal signals yet.
Key Resistance: We are testing the $577 level, which appears to be a significant resistance zone. If broken, SPY could extend toward new all-time highs.
2. Daily Chart:
Testing Resistance: The daily chart provides a clearer view of the immediate resistance at $577. We’ve seen several attempts to break through this level, but so far, the price has been contained below it.
Moving Average Support: The 50-day moving average (green) has acted as strong support, currently around $555.80. As long as SPY holds above this, the bulls remain in control.
Momentum Indicator: The MACD on the daily chart is trending positive, showing increasing bullish momentum. This signals that a breakout above $577 is likely if this momentum continues.
3. 4-Hour Chart:
Bullish Momentum Building: The 4-hour chart shows a series of higher highs and higher lows, indicating the bullish momentum is building. Price has been supported by the 50-period moving average at $564.10.
Immediate Resistance: The key level remains $577. A clear break above this resistance level on strong volume could signal further upside, potentially pushing SPY toward the $580-$585 range.
MACD Shows Caution: While the MACD remains in the green, it’s showing early signs of slowing momentum on this timeframe. This suggests that a brief consolidation or pullback might occur before a breakout.
4. 30-Minute Chart:
Tight Range Formation: On the 30-minute chart, SPY is trading within a tightening range, with support around $572.21 and resistance at $577.11.
Key Trendlines: We can observe two converging trendlines (green and red), which often precede a breakout. If SPY breaks above the red trendline (around $577), it could lead to a strong upward move. Conversely, a break below the green trendline would signal a potential retracement.
Bullish Outlook: SPY remains in a strong uptrend across multiple timeframes, with positive momentum indicators and key moving averages providing solid support. The next critical level to watch is $577. A sustained break above this could see SPY move toward the $580-$585 range, continuing the bullish trend.
Risk of Consolidation: However, there is a risk of short-term consolidation, especially on the lower timeframes, before any major breakout occurs. A drop below $564 on the 4-hour chart or $572 on the 30-minute chart could indicate a deeper pullback.

TSLA's Fight the Falling Resistance 🧠 Rejection or BreakoutDear Esteemed Members,
TSLA is mostly bearish within the resistance of the red triangle. As long as it remains below the trendline, bears can enjoy better risk-reward ratios. Some traders wait out the price's rejection at the falling line to open their short positions. Others wait for a confirmed breakout through the resistance to open a long position. Now, both sides have a significant chance because the pattern is usually bearish, but TSLA reclaimed the EMAs in a convincing manner. I've got a short, but I opened it above the resistance. So, I can close it in profit at the resistance. I wouldn't open a new short until I see the price action around the trendline. The white arrows mark the scenarios I mentioned. I also placed two positions on the chart that one could make depending on TSLA's behavior around the falling level.

A last chance for the Euro ?Under the US dollar pressure, EURUSD has been making lower lows and lower highs recently. However, RSI on the monthly chart is oversold for the 3rd time in this century.
MACD is showing bullish divergence on multiple timeframes, and the EURUSD on H4 has just achieved a higher high this time with 5 impulse waves: the ABC correction is clear on the chart, wave C is nearly around 0.76 to 0.8 fib retracement. With today's good news on euro CPI and core CPI (higher than expected for both), we can give this currency a chance to retest the end of impulse wave 5, or even to make a higher high.
Stoploss can go below the impulse wave 2 for some people, or below the lowest low (the beginning of the impulse wave).
Note that on a long term perspective, USD is still stronger than EURO, we will just give eurusd a chance after the new high we saw lately.
Goodluck everyone,
Joe.
The MACD explained ! All you need to know about it Hello everyone, as we all know the market action discounts everything :)

In this video, I am gonna explain what is the MACD and how to use it and how to identify buy and sell signals using this indicator.
So what is the MACD, The MACD is a trend-following momentum indicator (so a momentum indicator is a technical analysis tool that allows us to determine the strength or weakness of a stock's price movement )
There are a lot of people that use the MACD when they analyze charts because it's very simple and it's very good but I always say never just use 1 indicator to analyze a chart, always try to use at least 3 this way u can make sure that the result is more accurate and the market most likely to move as u analyzed.
let's look at the theory behind the MACD before looking at a real-life example and how to identify buy and sell signals using this indicator :
The typical settings for the MACD are 12 26 and 9.
The MACD consist of 4 parts :
1) Zero line
2) MACD line
3) Signal line
4) Histogram
We start off with our zero line and this is where the MACD line and the signal line move around and basically so if the MACD is trading above the 0 line then it's bullish and if it's under then it's bearish.
Then we have the MACD line and it comes from the 12 26 section, and it gets calculated by subtracting the 26 EMA of the price out of the 12 day EMA of the price.
And after that we have a second line that gets plotted from the 9 section so basically, it’s a moving average for the MACD line so it tries to smooth the MACD line and give us some signals and it's called the signal line.(it's called a signal line because that's where we get our buy and sell signals from)
So on top of that, we have another part in this indicator which is called the histogram. So this histogram job is to show how close these lines will crossover, so when the distance between the MACD line and the signal line is far the histogram gets bigger and bigger.
So how do we use this indicator :
1) Crossovers between the MACD line and the Signal line.
* When the MACD line crosses above the Signal line then its a buy signal (Bullish Crossover)
* When the MACD line crosses below the Signal line then its a sell signal (Bearish Crossover)
2) The Histogram .
A lot of people use histograms as a way to predict when a reversal will occur.
We know that the MACD is a momentum indicator so it can show us when sell pressure is low. And that means it might be a good time to buy. And It can tell you when your long position is about to run out of steam and when you should exit.
3) Divergences between the MACD and the Market Price .
A Divergence means that the indicator is not moving in sync with the Market Price and a Reversal could happen (Note that Reversal trading is risky so please calculate your risks before using this Strategy)
always remember that :
Bullish divergence is when the Market price is going down but the MACD is going up.
Bearish divergence is when the Market Price is going up but the MACD is going down.
I hope I’ve made the MACD easy for you to understand and please ask if you have any questions .

Nifty analysis with Time Speculation Daily TimeFrame (Shorting)Hi
ac we can see there are regular Bearish Divergence with MACD Lines and Histograms which is the sign of trend reversal and price correction...
the index was bullish from march 2020 as the corona pandemic made a huge fall in the economy so post pandemic we can see the market had a bullish return to its past trend and even made new ATH, so to me we are now at the Overbought zone and soon we should face some correction and retracements.
the Fibonacci golden areas can be used as some safe and rational TP targets and clubbing it with MACD will give us better vision of the market status.
I have speculated some dates with Higher Lows data by Fibonacci Time Base tools, which we may see the TP zones but these dates are at most and the Specified TPs can occurs at any given time before these dates even...

MACD Indicator strategy to Increase Winnings(Beginners Friendly)Hi friends, today I bring you an educational video on how to us the MACD secret strategy to catch and filter trend signals.
Thanks for constantly supporting use with your likes and follows
QUICK RECAP OF THE STRATEGIES:
MACD HISTOGRAM:
*How to find and anticipate the MACD Signal cross before they happen,
*How to use the histogram to predict Strong trend reversals
*How to calculate the MACD
*EASILY Confirm consolidation breakouts
THE LAST ASPECT OF THE VIDEO
please note:
The last aspect of the video is how to use the TREND FILTER for BUY & SELL Signals
to do this you will need to use the Higher timeframe for your entry.
Using these two important criterial:
1, If higher timeframes MACD line crosses ABOVE the Signal line this shows that buyers are in control =BUY/ LONG Bias
2, If higher timeframes crosses BELOW the Signal Line , this means the Bears has taken power over the market = SELL/SHORT Bias
so in other words,
*if you trade 1Day Chart Timeframe, you will use the WEEKLy chart Timeframe to find MACD Cross for your entry.
*If you trade 4Hours Chart Timeframe, You will use the DAILY chart Timeframe to find MACD cross for your entry
*if you use 1Hr chart Timeframe, you will use the 4HOURS chart timeframe to find MACD cross for your entry
