When I fly Delta back in the day of organized air travel, I was this close to obtaining Platinum status.
Unfortunately, I was only able to achieve stupid Gold status, which is obviously not as good as Platinum.
Obviously.
Why on rare metal Earth is platinum/oz. nearly half the price of gold/oz. if Deltas platinum status is so much rarer to obtain than gold...
