Bitcoin VPA-style volume signal at broadening formation lowsQuick note on this relative volume-per-range signal (in the vein of VSA / VPA / volume spread analysis / volume price analysis). The basic concept is simple: volume per range tells you how many shares it takes to move an asset by $X. The higher this number, the harder it is for price to move, and the more likely it is that support/resistance or supply/demand levels are nearby. The lower this number is, the easier it is for price to move and the less likely it is that supply/demand are nearby. So the signal here on Bitcoin could be indicating support coming in. This also coincides with the lows of a broadening formation, a DeMark reversal buy signal, and Anchored Volume Weighted Average Price levels (aVWAPs or Midas lines) from the most recent previous swing points. Just a heads up.
