XMR is trying to break its resistance and it has resitace at 0.0107 and then if it breaksout to 0.01105 then a breakout may happen to try and break other resistance levels.
Monero has made a bottom imho.
My strategy here are the RED Flags with the ultimate target around 0.019
The blue flags are the sideways action that can happen
The yellow is my stop,just below the cloud.

XMR needs more death and BTC pumping will bring this.
Target 0.0068
Stop loss 0.0096
Beware if this holds it could pump beyond 0.01 and go straight to 0.014
We need to watch BTC carefully if it dumps also.
XMR will have more sideways or it will go with new leg below 0.01.
100ema test at hourly failed.
We had 3 sequences (green), now I can see possibility of 4th sequence; bounce to around 0.011 and boring sideways.
Of course if we break 0.01 with good volume, we will see new leg down (red way).
