US futures markets open for the week, equity indexes (ES & NQ) open up, oil down

US equity index futures trading on GLobex have opened a touch higher for the new week.

Oil is a touch lower.

Its still early in Asia, just after 7 am in Japan and 6 am in Singapore and Hong Kong. Interst will pick up in the hours ahead.
