The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 29/04/2024 at 17:17 under RNS No 4756M.

The previous announcement stated, in error, the Company had purchased 158,623 of its Ordinary Shares. The Company purchased 158,632 of its Ordinary shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares - Replacement

The Company announces that it has purchased 158,632 of its Ordinary shares at 859.6868 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 88,801,301 Ordinary shares, of which 23,068,895 is held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure 65,732,406 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
