Turkey auto sales at c. 82,000 in Nov - Association head

Around 82,000 units of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles have been sold in Turkey in November, up some 36% year on year, Hayri Erce, the general coordinator of Automotive Distributors Association said on Friday.

Speaking at a news conference, Erce also said the association expected the amount of sales to reach a level similar to last year. In 2021, sales of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Turkey stood at 737,350, according to association data.
