Oslo, 17 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements on16April 2024, whereby Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company")announced the terms of the initial public offering of its shares (the"Offering"or the "IPO") and the approval and publication of the prospectus for the IPO(the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus was published on 16 April 2024 and is, subject to regulatoryrestrictions in certain jurisdictions, available at www.arctic.com/offerings,www.danskebank.no/PPI, www.dnb.no/emisjoner, www.nordea.com/en/issuances,www.nordnet.no and www.nordnet.se. Hard copies of the Prospectus may beobtainedfree of charge by contacting one of the Managers (as defined below).

The Offering comprises an institutional offering, a retail offering in Norwayand Sweden and an existing shareholders offering. Applications in the retailoffering and existing shareholders offering can be made through the websiteslisted above, or by using the application forms appended to the Prospectus,fromcommencement of the application period for the retail offering and theexistingshareholders offering. Subscriptions in the institutional offering can be madeby contacting one of the Managers during the bookbuilding period.

The bookbuilding period for the institutional offering and the applicationperiod for the retail offering and the existing shareholders offering willcommence today, 17 April 2024 at 09:00 hours (CEST). The bookbuilding periodforthe institutional offering will close at 14:00 hours (CEST) on 25 April 2024 .The application period for the retail offering and the existing shareholdersoffering will close at 12:00 hours (CEST) on 25 April 2024. The bookbuildingperiod and the application period may be extended at any time, but may in noevent be extended beyond 14:00 hours (CEST) on 8 May 2024. In the event of anextension of the bookbuilding period and/or the application period, theallocation date, the payment due dates and the date of the listing will bechanged accordingly. The commencement of the application period for the retailoffering in Sweden is subject to timely passporting of the Prospectus.
