N. Macedonia's BIM to pay higher dividend for 2023

SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based bituminous materials producer BIM [MSE:BIM] said on Tuesday its shareholders have greenlighted a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 2,000 denars ($35.3/32.5 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year.

The shareholders approved the plan at a meeting held on May 20, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company distributed a gross dividend of 1,833 denars per share for 2022.

The company's net profit fell to 43.7 million denars in 2023 from 49.7 million denars a year earlier.

Established in 1957, BIM has a portfolio of over a hundred products.
