Grupo Calleja takes stake in Colombia's Exito to 86.51%

El Salvador's Grupo Calleja bought 21.41% of Almacenes Exito's shares in Colombia, the Colombian stock exchange said on Friday, taking the company's total stake in the Colombian supermarket chain to 86.51% following an earlier transaction in the United States.

Earlier on Friday, Grupo Calleja bought a 65.1% stake in Exito in a transaction in the U.S., buying all the outstanding common shares and all ADS, regardless of location.
