El Salvador economy seen growing by up to 3.5% this year

El Salvador's economy will expand between 3% and 3.5% in 2024, according to a forecast from Central Bank President Douglas Rodriguez on Thursday.

The Central American nation's economy grew 3.5% last year, boosted by tourism and construction activity, Rodriguez told reporters at a press conference.
