Ford Motor Co has reported a 4% increase in its fourth-quarter revenue, amounting to $46 billion. The company's non-GAAP earnings for Q4 have also exceeded expectations, with Ford reporting quarterly earnings of 29 cents per share.
In addition, the company has announced a first-quarter regular dividend of 15 cents per share and a supplemental dividend of 18 cents per share. These dividends will be payable on March 1 to shareholders of record as of February 16.
